Large acreage plants can easily be 10% planted each year for 10 years or more. As the trees grow, they sequester more carbon each year until harvest. The Empress program will even these numbers out to be consistant for the 50-70 year life of the trees. Each 10% will be the same as a 1 time plant program below, repeated 10 times
Small acreage plant will probably be a 1 plant program:
- The trees can be planted by a custom built high speed planting unit that leaves the trees with all the advantages possible for accelerated growth.
- The Empress program can/will attend the trees and maintain the entire plot, as you wish.
- We will administer the carbon credit collection and dispersion.
- We will administer the wood sale/harvest and clean up.
- We can/will attend the trees and maintain the plot at each regrowth, as you wish.
- Knowing that most of the components of the program are very new, and very challenging to accomplish well, we can/will function the program for you, on your owned or leased land.
